AviateSafely provides a Flight School Management System for existing flight schools and instructors. It combines training records, scheduling, QR aircraft dispatch, discrepancy reporting, and school operations workflows in one system while still keeping the student-facing AviateSafely platform focused on pilots and learners. Schools can also connect AviateSafely to the point-of-sale system they already use so operations, aircraft activity, and student workflows are easier to manage together. Participating schools can also be visible on the AviateSafely website, helping pilots and students outside the school discover flight schools that are active in the platform.
AviateSafely will no longer accept new flight school users, public demo access, or free self-service school accounts. Existing school users can still sign in.
